A few days ago, Farmville informed about the opening of the plantation land mighty 24×24, requirement is if you have already become fans Farmville.
We notice that, I Farmville coin not enough to buy it, and then I struggled to improve my Farmville coin.
Until a week later, I succeeded, and my coin mighty enough to buy a plantation, then I opened the screen to upgrade farm.
My surprise, plantation mighty appear locked, even as a notification that a week ago I saw mighty plantation could be purchased (Unlocked).
Later today I sent an email to Zynga, a game maker.
And this is the answer from Zynga.

We are aware that some of our users are currently experiencing issues with the 24 x 24 Farm Expansion. Some users have reported being unable to become a Fan. Other users, who are Fans, have reported that they are unable to purchase the 24 x 24 expansion. We are investigating issues with the Fan page and are working with Facebook to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
